Its simple to solve.

It happens when your car is added in the app before delivery, then the pairing with the app goes wrong when you get the car if the car isn’t removed from my garage in the app first.

The solution is that you remove the car from my garage in the app and remove your profile in the car.

Then you starts over again with the pairing of the car and app.

You get into the car and turns it on and now you should have the blue screen with the QR CODE.

Then you open the app and selects add car to my garage and complete the pairing.

Now you should have all functions in climate control in the app.

It worked for me and many others in the danish BZ4X foren(Facebook groups)

I do it how you describe, but it don't have the complete climate control. Only temperature setting, not more.

Ich habe übrigens direkt das Kontaktformular in der App verwendet um die Anfrage zu stellen.

So sollte es eigentlich bei allen aussehen.

Es scheint so als wäre es abhängig davon wer das Anliegen bei Toyota bearbeitet.

Hast du eine Toyota Wallbox? Ich stecke nur an und stelle alles in der (keine Toyota) Wallbox selbst ein. (Habe auch keine Ladeplanung in der App). Hatte schon Hoffnung das für uns eine Art Vorkonditionierung freigeschaltet wird

Mir konnte der Toyota E-Mail Kundendienst bisher nicht helfen, dieser hat mir empfohlen mich an meinen Toyota Partner zu wenden um eine Standheizung zu verbauen. Anscheinend hat der E-Mail Kundendienst bei Toyota auch einen Fachkräftemangel.

Das ist ja mal eine geile Empfehlung in ein E-Auto eine Standheizung einbauen zu lassen.

Das würde ich auch gerne mal sehen, in der Lexus App kann ich zwar eine Route planen aber leider ohne Ladeplanung.

Das steuern der Ladung in der APP funktionierte bei mir von Anfang an. Hat nichts mit der Wallbox zu tun.

Habe das im Herbst 2023 im Urlaub bei der Ladesäule vom Hotel auch schon verwendet. Hat aber mit Vorkonditionierung gar nichts zu tun.

Diese Steuerung funktionert auch nur bei AC-Laden.
